Job Description

The U.S. Oncology business is a growing and dynamic part of our company. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Director, U.S. Oncology Marketing (TROP2 ADC) – Gynecological Cancers. This role is focused on the commercialization of an investigational TROP2-directed antibody-drug conjugate currently in Phase III clinical development in multiple tumor types. The clinical program is broad with studies in across a range of tumor types including gynecological, lung, GI, bladder, and breast cancers. The product is being jointly developed. The first expected U.S. launch is in endometrial cancer.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to hire & lead the U.S. Oncology Marketing team in gynecological cancers. This role is responsible for leading marketing and cross-functional teams within our company to set the vision, strategy, objectives, priorities, and tactical plans for successful commercialization (pre-launch, launch, and in-line) in gynecological cancer. This position requires strong marketing and commercial leadership, strategic acumen, the ability to manage & influence multiple stakeholders, and a good understanding of P&L management.

This position will be based in Upper Gwynedd, PA and will report to the Associate Vice President, U.S. Oncology Marketing, Women’s Cancers, and Oncology Alliances.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Strong marketing and commercial leadership experience with a good understanding of P&L management

  • Ability to work in “white space” and successfully shape new approaches with cross-functional teams

  • Experience in developing commercialization strategies

  • Ability to manage effectively in multi-layered leadership structures and to lead across complex cross-functional teams

  • Strong balance of strategic thinking and execution

  • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, including grace under pressure and adaptability to other organizational cultures and ways of working

  • Build marketing team for new asset with multiple indications in Phase III clinical trials.

  • Experience in building and nurturing large high-performing teams and practicing situational leadership

  • Ability to navigate and drive change in the business and teams

  • Strong background in executing and succeeding in competitive settings

  • Experience with lifecycle management strategies and resourcing dynamics

  • Experience in marketing forecasting for oncology products, including market size, class, and brand shares for various indications, competitors, and market events

  • Understanding of the role of precision medicine in oncology, including testing and genetic sequencing processes

  • Budget management and optimization of resources to maximize return on investment and channel mix.

  • Lead integrated launch planning activities across broad set of cross-functional areas including global marketing, OCAR, IAM, supply chain and distribution, precision medicine, COLT, legal and compliance.

  • Present updates to senior leadership and responses for IR as needed

Required:

  • Minimum of 7 years pharmaceutical business experience, including marketing, people management in marketing and customer facing team(s),

  • Launch experience & proven track record of success

  • Experience competing in competitive marketplaces and developing differentiation strategies

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence key stakeholders

  • Demonstrated leadership in areas of significant business responsibility (revenue, strategy, etc.)

  • Experience leading and prioritizing in a complex, fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills including ability to present clearly to executive level audiences

  • Strong business and financial acumen

  • Strong compliance IQ

  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred.

Travel:

  • Requires approximately 25% travel, including some weekends.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

The salary range for this role is

$187,000.00 - $294,400.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
