Position Title: Market Access Associate
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Market Access Associate to support the administration and operational activities within our Market Access team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative processes that facilitate effective market access strategies and execution.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Market Access team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating internal and external communications.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of market access documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and update databases related to pricing, reimbursement, and market access activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Regulatory Affairs, commercial and GMSA to ensure alignment and timely information flow.
- Support the tracking and monitoring of market access projects, timelines, and deliverables.
- Handle correspondence with external stakeholders, including payers, consultants, and vendors.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of reimbursement dossiers and other government tender documents as needed.
- Support the development and maintenance of internal resources such as market access toolkits, templates, and standard operating procedures to enhance team competency.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing market access data and insights to help the team build strategic understanding and decision-making skills.
- Encourage continuous learning by coordinating access to relevant market access courses, certifications, and industry updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English, with a pleasant personality and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with effective time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions while being a collaborative team player.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; experience with digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct detailed financial analyses; experience in performing budget impact analysis will be a plus.
Preferred Experience
- Industry Experience: 2-3+ years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry with administrative and marketing support roles.
- Project/Process Management: Experience in project management and process optimization.
- Event Coordination: Proven experience in coordinating and facilitating events.
