Job Description

Position overview:

The Distribution account manager Poland (DAM PL) is responsible for sales strategy execution via indirect sales channels, establishing and maintaining professional relationships with MAHI business partners such as: Distributors and Key Accounts for Identification Business and other market stakeholders – with the objective to support and grow our company's Animal Health Intelligence business at country and delivering sales objectives.The DAM PL provides to our partners expert support (Animal’s identification and business development) as well as support in other business areas necessary for successful cooperation with respect to compliance.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor degree

Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years field sales experience within the Agriculture industry (Identification) or related industry (distribution business)

  • Demonstrated motivation and focus on achieving measurable, tangible result

  • Competent use of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and in IT technology in general

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Medium level of English language (must understand and express him/herself verbally and in written)

  • Willingness to keep learning

  • A team player, but also able to work autonomously in the field

  • Ability to travel in the region
