THE OPPORTUNITY
As a key member of the Commercial Operations & Strategy team, the Commercial Operations Specialist will drive the execution of critical business processes related to commercial operations, analytics, reporting, and process optimization. This role is focused on delivering high-quality, efficient, and standardized outputs while proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, and cross-functional harmonization.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Execution Excellence
- Execute core commercial operations processes with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and maintain high-quality standards for all assigned tasks.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, templates, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Generate and update commercial reports, dashboards, and business intelligence tools to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct data validation and accuracy checks to ensure the integrity of commercial analytics and reporting.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
- Identify and develop process automations, standardization, and efficiency improvements to enhance commercial operations
- Support the adoption of digital tools, AI-driven analytics, and automation solutions
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Work closely with commercial teams, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and alignment
- Support operational reviews with commercial leaders to track process performance and commercial execution excellence
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) for building complex workflows and integrations with Understanding of security roles, permissions, and environment management in Power Platform
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and multi-task with a flexible and agile mindset
- Proven ability to work with a ‘sense of urgency’ to meet critical deadlines
- Proven skills of stakeholder management in matrix organization, together with problem-solving and communication skills to influence and collaborate with others in a well-grounded manner
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
