Job Description

THE OPPORTUNITY

Location: South (Tainan, Chiayi)

We are seeking a dedicated and focused sales representative to join our team and promote our Vaccine product. As a member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for providing clinical information, educational resources, and training programs to our customers. You will work closely with healthcare providers and healthcare systems to help them meet the goals of consumers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Utilize detailing materials and company resources to achieve annual sales targets effectively
  • Build and strengthen relationships with relevant HCPs while transferring product knowledge
  • Set qualitative and quantitative objectives for your work
  • Plan and execute weekly work and client visits efficiently
  • Implement quarterly action plans, either independently or with cross-functional teams, in line with the company's annual strategy
  • Adapt to different communication formats, including digital tools, to engage with stakeholders and deliver corporate/product messages

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a sales representative
  • Listing experience is preferred.
  • Experience with MC will be an added advantage.
  • Experience with self-pay or private payment systems is also preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Basic proficiency in English, particularly in listening and reading
  • Proactive nature and ability to independently develop the market in related fields
  • Willingness to embrace changes and challenges
  • Familiarity with Obstetrics and Gynecology is preferred
  • Possession of a valid driving license
