Role overview The Junior Brand & Customer Manager — Vaccines will support the execution of brand plans and customer engagement strategies across our HPV and Pneumonia vaccine portfolio. This role blends marketing execution, customer-facing activities, digital channel management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver compliant, high-quality initiatives that drive awareness and uptake.
Key responsibilities
- Support execution of brand plans and customer engagement strategies for the HPV and Pneumonia vaccines portfolio.
- Contribute to adaptation and development of global marketing campaigns (traditional, digital, omnichannel) in partnership with external agencies, targeting prioritized customer segments (HCC, HCP), ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Support locally developed marketing initiatives for HCC and HCP targets, including concept development and execution.
- Assist in creation, approval, and distribution of promotional and educational customer-facing materials while ensuring compliance with internal policies, local regulations, and industry codes.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to support Business Unit decision-making and business reviews.
- Manage administrative and operational tasks related to marketing activities, including budget tracking, contracting, and purchase orders.
- Support planning and execution of scientific events, congresses, webinars, and other customer engagement activities.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback from webinars and HCP campaigns; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide customer-facing content and ensure alignment with field activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical Affairs, Market Access, Corporate Communications, Regulatory, Legal) to align activities and ensure scientific accuracy and compliance.
- Follow up on digital projects including websites, CRM campaigns, and social media initiatives; coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Support management of digital channels and contribute to development and maintenance of website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and compliance.
- Create, adapt, and schedule organic social media content (posts, visuals, short videos) to increase awareness and engagement.
- Support community management of social platforms: monitor channels, escalate issues, and respond in a compliant manner.
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards, internal processes, and industry codes in all marketing activities.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and propose ideas to increase customer value and marketing efficiency.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, brand management, customer engagement, or agency roles; experience with vaccines or vaccine-related projects is a plus.
- Understanding of HCP and HCC customer segments and healthcare channels.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms; experience with CRM, content management systems (CMS), and basic analytics tools (Excel, Power BI/Tableau, Google Analytics) is desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to create clear, compelling customer-facing materials and executive presentations.
- High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working cross-functionally.
- Knowledge of industry compliance requirements and promotional review processes; able to work within regulatory constraints.
- Comfortable with occasional travel for events and face-to-face stakeholder engagement.
