This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the commercialization of innovative oncology therapies and diagnostics, working across multiple tumor types and biomarker strategies.

In this position, you will gain hands-on experience in oncology brand management while also playing a key role in advancing biomarker and diagnostic strategies that enable personalized medicine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage externally with scientific leaders (SLs), professional societies, and patient groups to support education, relationship building, and alignment with medical affairs.

Companion Diagnostics Manager (CDx):

  • Define strategy and lead marketing efforts within the biomarker and diagnostics field for the oncology portfolio, by working with internal teams (marketing, sales, KAMs, medical affairs, market access, regulatory affairs, finance, policy, communications, legal) and external diagnostic/pharma partners.
  • Develop and implement strategic and tactical marketing programs for biomarkers and diagnostics, aligned with regional guidance
  • Create and manage Patient Support Programs related to biomarkers and diagnostics. Vendor and contract management is essential part of the PSP.
  • Interact with key scientific leaders to support implementation, adoption, and use of CDx; co-develop engagement programs, advisory boards, congresses, symposia, and workshops.
  • Drive awareness and education around the importance of PD-L1 testing across multiple tumor types (e.g., NSCLC, H&N, TNBC, cervical and other indications).
  • Organize and facilitate trainings for customers and laboratories to assess testing status and quality, including external quality certification.
  • Assess current and emerging biomarkers in line with the development pipeline; monitor and evaluate the success of implemented solutions using data analytics.

Qualifications & Competencies

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field (MSc preferred).
  • Initial experience (e.g., internships, 1–2 years) in pharma, diagnostics, or healthcare marketing/communications.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, precise administration
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and build positive relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hungarian and English

Desired:

  • Understanding of oncology, biomarkers, or diagnostics.
  • Exposure to brand management, medical affairs, or diagnostic adoption projects.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills, eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
