Marketing Intern – Pharma Business Unit
-Location: Dublin Duration: 6 months Department: Pharma Business Unit, -Marketing Reports to: Marketing Lead
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our Pharma Business Unit. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in pharmaceutical marketing within a dynamic and impactful therapeutic area. The successful candidate will support the marketing team in executing strategic initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of pharma products.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional materials for pharma products.
· Conduct competitive analysis to support marketing strategies.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Sales, and Patient Access to gather insights and align marketing efforts.
· Support digital marketing activities including social media, email campaigns, and website content updates.
· Help organize and coordinate internal and external events such as webinars, and conferences.
· Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing collateral as needed.
· Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
· Perform administrative tasks to support the marketing team’s daily operations.
Qualifications
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
· Strong interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and pharma is highly desirable.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
· Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
