So, what will you be responsible for?

Bringing energy, knowledge, innovation and leadership to carry out the following:

• Pro-actively participate in the following Quality Management processes to ensure that the Quality System continues to function effectively and that improvement/remediation actions are taken as required.
  • Document management
  • Change management
  • Supplier quality management,
  • Inspection readiness
  • Deviation Management
  • Batch Record Review

• Operate as part of the QA team performing the allocated QA duties.
• Participate in QA daily and weekly meetings and ensure effective communication of task progress, deviations etc.
• Complete all documentation in compliance with GMP and GxP standards.
• Continuous improvement of the Quality Systems - Identifying and building in efficiencies as necessary from a systematic and compliance perspective.
• Support ongoing performance management metric for quality performance indicators
• Provide support with audit/inspection requirements to ensure department compliance/readiness.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical legislation and industry best practice.
• Collaborating with others by sharing your skill-set and expertise
• Drive compliance with Global Policies, Procedures and Guidelines, regulatory requirements and execute current Good manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in the performance of day to day activities and all applicable job functions, including maintenance of accurate records.

This internship will be completed fully on site in Dunboyne.

• Working towards a Science qualification or relevant discipline
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving Skills
