Job Description
The Core Responsibilities are:
Performance Analysis
- Lead company level performance analysis on sales performance, market analysis (from macro to micro), access status, execution analysis, etc. to provide holistic performance view and actionable insights to leadership team
- Conduct deep dive analysis, benchmark analysis leveraging SMR/PMR and FF insights collaborating with market insight team and BE BP team
- Manage business performance KPI development and tracking, develop local cockpit for cross BU performance measurements
- Identify and quantify business opportunities through solid data analysis, and generate insights and influence business priorities and objectives
Analytic Support to Critical Strategic Initiatives and Business Decisions
- Lead and drive cross BU analytical support including launch excellence, NRDL/VBP analysis, GTM activities, etc.
- Partner with AA to perform business R&O and AI/GenAI insights projects
Forecasting/IBP landing activities Support
- Support the development of long-term/short term forecast activities and related execution plans
- Support analysis and tracking on cross BU IBP landing activties
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above. A minimum of 5+ years demonstrated strong capabilities and experience in Pharmaceutical industry.
- Comprehensive experiences on business analysis or strategic planning
- Demonstrates capacity to learn and understand sales and market strategy, customer approach and integrated execution
- Entrepreneurship mindset, the ability to constantly self-challenge and challenge status quo in a constructive way.
- Good command of written English, communication verbal English
