Job Description

Focus: Women’s Cancers

Are you passionate about immunotherapy and tissue-targeting medicines in oncology? Do you have experience in women’s cancers and want to make a real difference for patients and physicians?

We’re looking for a Medical Advisor to join our team in Denmark, focusing on breast and gynecologic cancers. In this role, you’ll help shape medical strategies, engage with scientific leaders, and support the launch of new products and indications—all while growing your own potential.

Your Impact

As Medical Advisor, you’ll be the scientific ambassador for our company, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and national scientific leaders. You’ll bridge science and clinical practice to improve patient outcomes and access.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading medical affairs for breast and gynecologic cancers

  • Engaging in scientific exchange and insight gathering

  • Supporting strategy development with external insights

  • Identifying data gaps and generating Real World Evidence

  • Delivering presentations to key stakeholders

  • Participating in international conferences and scientific events

  • Collaborating cross-functionally across departments

  • Ensuring full compliance with SOPs and regulations

Your Profile

You bring a strong scientific foundation in oncology, biology, or immunology. A PhD or MD is required. Experience in medical affairs (e.g., Medical Science Liaison or Medical Advisor) is a plus but not mandatory.

You’re driven by patient and stakeholder needs, with the ability to translate scientific insights into strategic direction. You’re a clear communicator, a team player, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment.

Key qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Fluent in Danish and English

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities

  • Willingness to travel (~10%)

Our Team & Culture

You’ll join a skilled, collaborative, and ambitious Medical Affairs Oncology team in Denmark, currently consisting of five Medical Advisors covering various tumor types. We’re driven by science and strategy - and we enjoy what we do.
