Job Description

Do you want to make a difference in adult health by driving HPV vaccine uptake? Join our marketing team as Brand & Customer Manager for the HPV Vaccine franchise to lead brand strategy and design customer journeys that unlock adult vaccination across the BeLux region.

Role summary: The Brand & Customer Manager (BCM) for HPV will own the local brand strategy to unlock and grow the adult market (young adults, adults and risk groups). The role combines brand strategy, customer insights, integrated campaign execution, cross‑functional leadership and performance measurement to deliver commercial, access and public health objectives. The BCM will work closely with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Digital & Analytics and external partners/agencies.

Key responsibilities

  • Market insight: Turn research and stakeholder insights (HCPs, pharmacists, young adults & adults, payers) into commercial opportunities, segmentation and customer‑journey maps highlighting friction and influence points.

  • Strategy & planning: Localize global/regional HPV strategy into an integrated brand plan for adult uptake with clear positioning, value propositions and measurable OKRs/KPIs.

  • Digital & CX: Coordinate digital‑first activations (search, social, display, email, CRM, influencers), omni‑channel assets and marketing‑automation funnels; use analytics and A/B testing to optimize performance.

  • Execution & activation: Deliver multichannel campaigns, HCP engagement programs (GPs, gynecologists, pharmacists) and congress/event presence in partnership with agencies and internal teams.

  • Cross‑functional governance: Align stakeholders and secure medical and compliance approvals for all materials and activities (e.g., Veeva PromoMats, due diligences, etc.).

  • Commercial & financial: Contribute to robust forecasting with the CFT; manage brand budget and agency contracts for cost‑effective, KPI‑driven ROI.

  • Stakeholder engagement: Be ready to engage with KOLs, HCPs and national stakeholders to support awareness, access and practical tools that increase adult vaccination uptake.

Your profile

  • University degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, Public Health or related field

  • 3+ years’ experience in brand management, customer experience, digital marketing or commercial roles; experience in healthcare or consumer health is advantageous but not mandatory

  • Proven experience designing and running digital marketing campaigns, CRM/marketing automation and measuring digital ROI

  • Strong analytical skills: comfortable with data, insight generation and translating analytics into activation

  • Excellent project and budget management skills; experience managing agencies and external partners

  • Experience working cross‑functionally and in regulated environments preferred

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (fluent, business‑native level required)

  • Native speaker of at least one of the two national languages (French or Dutch); strong written and/or spoken ability in the other language is a plus

  • Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel and digital marketing/analytics tools (Google Analytics, paid social platforms, CRM platforms or equivalent)

  • High degree of commercial acumen & growth mindset

  • Flexible, collaborative, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑moving, matrixed organisation
