Job Description
We are currently looking for a Customer Representative Oncology (m/f/d) who is eager to kick-start their career after completing their studies or obtaining a pharmaceutical representative certificate.
Area: West Austria (Vorarlberg, Salzburg & Tirol )
Responsibilities:
Identifying accounts & target areas with biggest potential to drive business outcomes
Developing field-based customer & patient journey and account strategy
Developing a network of key decision makers and orchestrated successful interactions with key stakeholders (including HCPs, public groups, government officials, medical professional organizations) in defined therapy area
Providing feedback to management on strategic opportunities for assigned key accounts
Collaboration with cross functional team (Medical, Marketing, Market Access) to develop omnichannel projects, materials and services that respond to customers and business needs
Qualifications:
Successfully completed pharmaceutical representative examination and/or completed studies in the field of human, veterinary, or dental medicine or pharmacy
Passion for the disease area
Highly motivated individual who is driven to push things forward
Willingness to travel throughout Austria >90% of the time in the field visiting customers
Excellent communication skills
Strong negotiation and analytical skills
Passion for working in an agile manner and with digital tools such as iPad, MS Office, Veeva, and Salesforce
Professional proficiency in German and English, both verbal and written are required

The minimum annual salary for this position is EUR 55.500,- and varies according to the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
