Job Description

Job title: Technical Sales Specialist - Poultry

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for demand creation through conduct of customer visits and providing technical support
  • Extend PR relations to key accounts
  • Keep track of inventory and move-out sales
  • Be abreast in the market trends and industry situation
  • Present, promote and sell products/ services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/ potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Sales Forecasting

Qualification requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Veterinary Science, Animal Husbandry & Agriculture
  • Minimum 3+ years relevant work experience in Animal Health sales in Poultry.
  • Demonstrated commercial success in sales
  • Previous exposure to managing existing products and also product launches
  • Good relationship management skills with external customers & internal teams
  • Strong key account management skills
  • Good interpersonal skill and customer-oriented with an ethical mindset
  • Excellent written, verbal, listening, presentation and negotiation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel

Areas of Coverage:

Pampanga, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija. basically Central (Except Bulacan)
