Job Description
We are hiring a Manager - HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Our Company's Hyderabad Technology Center. This role reports to the Site HR leader and serves as critical partner to business groups based in the Tech Center, driving HR initiatives that support business goals and foster organizational effectiveness. This position requires a good understanding of the technology sector, workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent management strategies.
Key responsibilities:
Operate as the primary HR contact for assigned IT area — support the Hyderabad IT area leader(s), local and global managers on people decisions, processes, performance issues, and employee relations. Provide insights and recommendations based on workforce analysis and business needs. Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on human capital issues.
Coach leaders and members of leadership teams to successfully manage all cyclical people management processes (talent management, succession planning, performance management, compensation planning, etc.)
Partner with talent acquisition organization on activities in support of the organization’s workforce plan and talent strategy.
Partner with various cross functional teams within HR to drive impact.
Coordinate employee diagnostics (engagement surveys, team assessments, exit interviews), analysis and action planning for Assigned verticals.
Drive formal employee interface (in most cases through managers) to understand issues/ expectations and support manager in resolution.
Lead interventions (like grievance resolution, disciplinary action, special projects like R&R) to enhance employee engagement.
Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and effective manner. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Supporting the TGF (Talent Growth Framework) process for assigned verticals via implementing processes for identifying aspirations of people, consolidation training needs and facilitating in-house or outsourced development programs.
Support the people managers in terms of key people management decisions like identifying team member needs (skill, deployment, rewards etc.), suggesting resolution mechanisms
Preparing business case to support recommendations and facilitating employee-based interventions; facilitating change management processes
Develop key HR metrics to track workforce trends, employee engagement, and overall effectiveness of HR initiatives. Present findings and recommendations to senior management
Required Experience
2-5 years of HR experience with at least 1 year in an HRBP or business-facing HR role; Corporate HR or Capability Center exposure is preferred
MBA in HR or equivalent, from Tier 1 B-School
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; ability to build credibility and rapport with senior stakeholders
Practical knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent management and employee engagement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to demonstrate and foster collaboration among peers and extended HR organization, solid networking skills
High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and judgment; Emotionally mature with high EQ to manage sensitive matters
High learning agility, resilience and a growth mindset
