Job Description
Lead implementation and ongoing management of the company's compliance and business practice frameworks for local operations. Act as guardian of business-related policies and compliance controls (excluding Finance/HR), drive compliance monitoring (systems such as Empower BI, GoVerify, Aravo), support grants & donations governance, oversee EFPIA/local pharma promotional code adherence, and coordinate internal reviews, investigations and audit interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Country Compliance Committee together with Managing Director.
Lead implementation, maintenance and version control of business policies, SOPs and guidance in coordination with Legal & Compliance and the Managing Director.
Design and operate compliance monitoring and tracking (e.g., Veeva Events Management System, Empower BI Monitoring Tool, GoVerify FCPA Due Diligence Tool, Aravo Third Party Assessment Tool); perform regular self-audits of HCP/HCO interactions and report findings.
Coordinate Country Grants & Donations Committee activities and provide policy support for HCP/HCO engagements and disclosures.
Oversee adherence to EFPIA and local pharma promotional codes; provide commercial operations guidance on promotional materials and activities.
Privacy Steward for Human Health Division and responsible from controls and governance of Privacy related matters.
Support local colleagues for Procurement processes, be a bridge between Global Procurement and third parties to secure full compliance to Global Procurement procedures.
Responsible from preparation of Business Continuity Plan.
Responsible from Ministry of Health event notifications and transparency reporting.
Support internal compliance investigations when necessary and act as primary contact for audit and risk assessment processes.
Top Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience in compliance, audit, finance, legal, or comparable roles within the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector is strongly preferred.
Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance frameworks, policies, SOPs, and industry codes (e.g., EFPIA).
Practical experience with compliance & monitoring systems and disclosure platforms, FCPA/ Third Party assessments and in conducting self-audits.
Working knowledge of data protection/privacy legislation and its application to HCP/HCO interactions and disclosure processes.
Experience in team management.
Bachelor’s degree in law, business, life sciences, or related field.To be filled by GTA
