As a Value Demonstration and Affordability Senior Specialist , you will play a crucial role in ensuring patient access to our portfolio of drugs, driving strategic decisions, and supporting cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.
Responsibilities
Critically reviewing and summarizing relevant evidence from literature search
Performing an adaptation of developed HEOR Global models
Support and organization of pharmacoeconomic studies, analytical reviews, competitor analysis, pricing analysis for the company's drugs in CIS countries
Building models to explore different scenarios to inform strategic decisions, such as alternative reimbursement models, business case models for new product launches, and pricing strategies
Regularly monitoring and providing expertise on regulatory and economic documents in pharmaceutical market regulation to ensure timely adaptation in achieving company goals
Providing expert support for cross-functional teams in preparing documents and justifications, participating in and conducting negotiations with decision-makers to achieve company objectives
Translate business priorities into actionable projects, coordinate cross functional teams and drive timely delivery.
Ensuring patient access conditions to therapy with the company's portfolio drugs in accordance with the company's planned goals
Skills & experience:
University degree in business, health economics, pharmacy, medicine, public health, life sciences or related field.
5+ years in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector with hands-on market access, pricing, HEOR or reimbursement experience.
Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical market and competitive environment
Strong numeracy and analytical skills — confident with epidemiology, budget impact and cost effectiveness methods.
Practical experience preparing reimbursement dossiers, pricing proposals or HTA submissions.
Skilled at translating complex clinical and economic evidence into clear, persuasive messages.
Knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements related to drug market entry
High degree of initiative and proactivity
Fluent Russian and English
