POSITION OVERVIEW:
The role is responsible for developing and implementing customer HCP strategies, translating brand plans into targeted educational marketing programs that enhance scientific knowledge and clinician skills. Working with Marketing, Business Development, internal teams and external partners, the role builds annual and launch plans for strategic accounts - defining objectives, activities and budgets - and oversees their execution. It engages key opinion leaders to strengthen cross-brand advocacy, monitors changes in customer, MNC and regulatory strategies, and ensures commercial funds are used efficiently to deliver ROI and comply with company and alliance funding guidelines.
PRIMARY ACTIVITIES:
Own customer’s HCP strategy development with marketing support & translating brand strategy into customer marketing plan for HCP to enhance scientific knowledge & aim to enhance consultant skill.
Work closely with internal & external in building out annual plan/launching plan to define the objectives & the activity plan for HCP & budget for strategic account customer, considering the business plan & marketing strategy.
Engagement with HCP KOL of key account to enhance advocacy for cross brands.
Supervising execution of HCP plan with strategic Account customer.
Monitor & determine the impact of changes in customer strategy, MNCs strategy & Regulation.
Ensuring commercial fund used efficiently, driving the right ROI & complying with company & alliance funding guideline.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
