Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

Ecosystem shaping

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to shape PAH ecosystem by integrating different stakeholders to provide patient-centric solution. This includes but not limited to:
    • Collaborate with CE&EP team to create patient support platform
    • Develop tools and solutions to enhance hospital referral network
    • Collaborate with GAMA team to implement and land rare disease related policy in key markets.
  • Closely collaborate with brand marketing team and sales team to implement brand strategy into ecosystem building to shape hospital diagnose and treatment algorithm
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team to design and implement innovative ecosystem shaping programs. Partner with cross-functional teams to set up a robust governance process to oversee planning and execution, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. Maintain frequent communication with global counterparts to share insights, best practices, and performance updates

Strategic planning and launch excellence governance

  • New product launch planning:
    • Pre-launch PMO: support FH to oversee and drive launch readiness progress
    • Post-launch execution excellence monitoring: integrate all function teams launch performance tracking metrics and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Franchise operation excellence: design and implement close-loop planning/execution/tracking mechanism on Franchise priorities. Support the communication with global and local management team.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
  • Relevant experience with proven track record of success in marketing within biotech/pharmaceutical industry
  • Diversified experience in marketing is preferred, e.g. brand marketing, strategic planning, e-commerce.
  • Experience in new product launch is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skill, strategic thinking and market insights
  • Ability to translate strategies into actionable and realistic marketing actions
  • Ability to lead, motivate and coordinate cross functional teams
  • Ability to influence and drive collaboration with global teams
  • Solid working knowledge of healthcare environment and evolving landscape
  • English language proficiency verbally and in writing
