職務概要

当社のワクチン事業における政策提言・戦略立案を担うポジションです。公衆衛生の向上と企業としての持続的成長の両立を目指し、医療制度や政策に関する知見を活かして、社内外のステークホルダーと連携しながら業務を推進していただきます。

主な業務内容

• 日本の医療制度・政策に関する情報収集・分析

• 政策提言に向けた戦略立案・資料作成

• 政府関係者、医療専門家（KOL）との関係構築・コミュニケーション

• 社内関連部門との協働によるプロジェクト推進

• グローバルチームとの連携（英語使用あり）

応募要件

（Must Have）

• ヘルスケア分野での業務経験（５年以上）

• 日本の医療制度・医療政策に関する基礎知識

• グローバルのカウンターパートとのディスカッションをファシリテートできるビジネスレベルの英語力（情報収集、資料作成、説明、議論）

• 公衆衛生に対する使命感

• 公益性・利他の精神とビジネス成功のバランス感覚

• 戦略性・論理的思考力

• 成果志向

• 政治家、官僚、KOLとの円滑な意思疎通ができる高いコミュニケーションスキル

• 他部署、社外との関係構築ができるチームワーク、コラボレーションのマインド

• 自発性・積極性をもって情報収集・提案・行動ができる

• 環境の変化に対応できるメンタルタフネスと柔軟

（Nice to Have）

• 医師資格

• 英語環境での業務経験または留学経験

• 日本の行政機関での勤務経験

等級（Grade）は面接評価に基づいて協議を行い決定致します/ The pathway level will be determined based on discussions conducted in accordance with the interview evaluation.
