About the role:
The role is part of the knowledge and data management team at Engineering department part of the operation sector.
The position represents global PLM system & Configuration control leader with data analysis capabilities.
Lead & structure the data & knowledge management at global engineering located at Netanya site.
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated PLM & Configuration control leader to take full ownership of our Product Lifecycle Management environment & tools, and drive excellence across our products data worldwide, workflows, and multi-system integrations.
This is a key leading & technical role at the heart of Engineering, Product, Operations, and IS. Perfect for someone who thrives on structure, accuracy, and designing scalable systems that support a fast-growing technology organization.
The position involves extensive communication interfaces, departments and functions in the company such as engineering, regulatory, logistic, procurement, quality, production (inhouse & CMOs), import & export, Legal, information systems, sub-contractors, RnD, Marketing, project managers.
Key Responsibilities
PLM & data system
Serve as the company’s Team Center (by Siemens) PLM expert and system owner at Engineering.
Define, configure, and maintain all system infrastructure: Lifecycles, Workflows, Part types & attributes, User roles & privileges, Interfaceable attributes, processes.
Lead continuous improvements, system upgrades, validation and automation.
Provide PLM training, support, and guidance/User manuals to all relevant departments globally.
Translate business needs into PLM configurations and workflows.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve product data quality and operational efficiency.
Integration support – SAP, Altium, SolidWorks/edge, Silicon expert, Assent
Mass Data migration (cleansing and loading)
Data analysis & reports structuring
Data management, Documentation & Configuration Control
Own and maintain the end-to-end configuration control process across all product lines.
Ensure product data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across the entire lifecycle.
Establish and enforce best practices for BOM management, change control, documentation, statuses and revision processes.
Data management, support & share for global stakeholders, 3rd party, vendors & CMOs.
ECR , ECO, MCO management
New & Legacy products documentation.
Qualifications and Experience/ Required Knowledge & Skills
B.Sc. in Industrial Engineer / Electronics Engineer is a must.
At least 7 years of relevant experience in the engineering department at NPI activities and controlling multidisciplinary products through the PLC, and common engineering processes.
Vast experience & deep knowledge in PLM systems – Mandatory (Siemens Team Center an advantage).
Data base management oriented – analyzing, processing.
High Excel capabilities
Strong understanding of product configuration, engineering change processes, and lifecycle management.
Familiarity with systems integrations, validation, and UAT
Ability to define structured systems, documentation frameworks, and scalable processes.
Excellent communication & in person skills and ability to work across multiple disciplines.
High attention to detail, ownership, and a passion for data accuracy.
Deep understanding of operational & supply chain processes - manufacturing operations, planning, sourcing, contract manufacturers / OEM, supplier, quality.
Fluent English & Hebrew (read, write, speak) is a must
Ability to perform 1x1 & group trainings (online & F2F)
Personal managing (an advantage)
