Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Gather customer insights through visits and feedback, and translate them into effective campaigns.
- Identify business opportunities in a dynamic and complex environment.
- Develop and deliver impactful HCP education content in collaboration with internal teams.
- Design campaigns aligned with overall strategy.
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns efficiently with smart budget planning.
- Support the development of brand and tactical plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above; major in medicine or pharmacy preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or medical affairs.
- Experience in breast cancer or related oncology areas is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing promotional campaigns.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset and strong team player.
- Passionate, self-motivated, and skilled in KOL management.
- Excellent oral and written communication in English.
- High compliance awareness and integrity.
