What You'll Be Doing
You'll lead an integrated operations and equipment maintenance team for Filling, Lyophilisation, Capping, and Automatic Visual Inspection.
Develop and manage colleagues on the assigned shift, ensuring we reach high levels of GMP and safety compliance.
Prioritize tasks and assign resources to meet production needs and hit schedule adherence metrics.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for improvement and implementing approved strategies.
You'll provide growth opportunities and manage the performance and development of direct reports.
Oversee emergency procedures, safety systems, and safety performance, leading team safety audits and walk downs.
Ensure our equipment complies with GMP regulations and maintain up-to-date training on equipment, processes, and safety procedures.
You'll draft and revise Standard Operating Procedures, Batch Records, Logbooks, and Training Records, and participate in EHS and Regulatory audits.
What We’re Looking For
Required
A relevant qualification to complement strong manufacturing management experience. A Science/Engineering related discipline or equivalent is a major advantage but a mix of experience and education can be taken into account.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in a first line leadership role ideally in a GMP setting with 1-2 years, ideally background in manufacturing, process engineering or quality.
Knowledge of Fill Finish processes and equipment not essential but highly desirable.
You bring knowledge and experience of cGMP, safety, and environmental regulations in the biopharmaceutical industry.
Experience coordinating shift activities and escalating issues to ensure compliance with manufacturing processes.
Lean Six Sigma Methodology experience desired
Demonstrated ability to coach and lead a team.
Strong focus on delivery and results driven.
