Job Description
ROLE PURPOSE:
Drive center-level performance for vaccine portfolios across assigned channel by securing center level approvals, activating compliant HCC education programs, and ensuring rigorous execution of medical and commercial guidelines. Coach KAA field teams to deliver high quality, compliant activities, and consolidate insights to optimize pull through and patient impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Center performance ownership (local)
· Own center-level performance objectives for assigned centers and vaccine portfolios focused on awareness, engagement, and access.
· Support consumer disease awareness and consideration through compliant center activation, HCP engagement, and approved patient education.
· Monitor stock movement, and replenishment cycles in partnership with center manager.
· Deliverables: Center performance objectives met such as improved patient awareness and access; appropriate product availability; and replenishment standards; stock health maintained
2. Team management
· Coach and manage KAAS performance; ensure SIP/CRM compliance and activity quality (detailing, events).
· Conduct field coaching focused on scientific messaging accuracy, objection handling, and access pathways.
· Maintain coaching logs; run weekly performance reviews and corrective action plans.
· Deliverable: KAAS performance metrics, coaching logs, compliance adherence.
3. Stakeholder management
· Secure center level approvals for HCP visits, education sessions, vaccination drives, and scientific detailing.
· Build trusted relationships with head of department in center level (center directors, preventive doctor leads, consultant leads)
· Navigate vaccine formulary processes and PO workflows where applicable.
· Deliverable: Approval records, event sign offs, formulary milestones.
4. Pull through and execution
· Ensure MKT initiatives and scientific detailing are executed in alignment with medical/compliance guidance.
· Coordinate consumer disease awareness campaign, HCP programs, on ground activations, and patient pathway support, as approved.
· Track ROI, attendance, and clinical engagement metrics (e.g., HCP reach, script lift, vaccination throughput).
· Deliverable: Execution reports; ROI/attendance and clinical engagement metrics.
5. Guideline optimization
· Adapt global/regional commercial and medical guidance to local center realities (patient flow, scheduling, storage, consent).
· Align with internal stakeholder (HCP customer planning, MKT, Medical) to ensure scientific accuracy and compliant content use.
· Deliverable: Local playbooks, SOP aids, and implementation notes.
6. Reporting
· Consolidate KAAS and center feedback; provide weekly/monthly field reports to SAM Lead/ Strategic planning HCO/HCP/HCC
· Ensure SIP submissions, CRM hygiene, and accurate documentation of approvals/events.
· Elevate insights on barriers (e.g., stock-outs, consent hesitancy) and propose solutions.
· Deliverable: Timely field reports and SIP submissions with actionable insights.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Experience and Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, Public Health, Business, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
· 3–5+ years in vaccine/pharma field activation, key account operations, trade/market access, or hospital channel management.
· Proven track record in compliant HCP engagement and demand generation for vaccines or Rx biologics.
· Familiarity with medical compliance, promotional codes, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., local MOH rules, WHO immunization guidance, anti-kickback/anti inducement policies).
· Experience coordinating center operations: approvals, scheduling, CME/CNE events, and vaccination drives.
· Understanding of cold-chain considerations (storage ranges, handling SOPs) and pharmacy inventory cycles.
· Data driven mindset with ability to interpret ROI, attendance, script/vaccination metrics, and operational KPIs.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management; ability to navigate formulary/tender processes.
2. Tools and Processes
· CRM and SIP platforms for planning, logging, and compliance tracking.
· Reporting dashboards covering sell out, HCP reach, vaccination throughput, execution quality, and ROI.
· Approved medical content repositories; event approval workflows; center SOPs for cold chain and consent.
3. KPIs
· Sell out vs. target by center and SKU portfolio.
· HCP reach and scientific detailing quality scores.
· Vaccination throughput and attendance for approved activations.
· SIP/CRM compliance rate and reporting timeliness.
· Approval cycle time and execution rate of initiatives.
· Adoption and fidelity to localized playbooks/SOPs.
· Stock health indicators (days on hand, stock-out rate) and cold-chain incident rate.
4. Travel
· Regular field travel to assigned centers; occasional travel for regional medical/marketing meetings or training.
