Job Description

主要职责

1. 负责仓库内原辅料、印刷品、化学品及成品的接收、初步检验、入库及GR Label粘贴，确保物料质量符合标准；

2. 及时准确地发放原辅料、印刷品及化学品，并处理成品出货，以满足生产、实验需求及客户订单；

3. 维护非Atlas系统物料的出入台账，管理近效期库存，确保库存数据的实时更新与准确性；

4. 实施原辅料库、特气站、警卫门口货柜及QC五楼办公用品库的5S管理，确保现场整洁和设备完好；

5. 协助处理危险废物和一般固体废物，包括危废赋码、装卸和称重，确保符合环保相关要求；

6. 定期巡查和点检仓库区域的消防相关设备和设施，确保其处于良好状态，以防范安全风险；

7. 作为仓库5S管理的牵头人，规划并实施仓库5S管理，提升工作5S水平；

8. 负责办公用品的收货、发放与盘点，保证库存管理的顺畅；

9. 按照相关SOP的要求负责不合格品的实物处置，确保处置过程符合公司流程；

10. 负责成品出货所需冰袋的准备，确保发货需求能够满足；

11. 负责仓库耗材的请购和管理，保障日常运营需求；

12. 监控成品液氮库液氮液位并进行添加，以确保符合质量标准；

13. 编写和更新仓库相关的SOP、WI和WS文件，确保操作标准化；

14. 接收和记录液氮和特种气体，确保相关数据的准确性；

15. 根据领导安排完成其他相关工作，以支持团队目标。

任职要求

1. 高中以上学历，具备1年以上仓库管理工作经验；

2. 具有叉车驾驶证；

3. 熟悉GMP物料的存储、保管、运输的相关法规和要求的优先考虑；

4. 具备良好的责任心和团队合作意识，能够承受一定的工作压力；

5. 注重细节，具备强烈的安全意识，能够遵循相关的安全操作规程；

6. 熟练使用办公软件（ Outlook、PowerPoint、Excel、Word等）。
