Stage d’été – Marketing – Vaccins

Le programme de stage d’été offre aux étudiants une opportunité précieuse d’acquérir une expérience pratique et de développer leurs connaissances et compétences au sein d’une entreprise biopharmaceutique de premier plan. Les stagiaires travailleront sur des projets significatifs aux côtés de professionnels dans un environnement mondial qui privilégie l’innovation de pointe pour sauver et améliorer des vies dans le monde entier. Dans ce rôle, vos activités et projets consisteront à:

• Soutenir l’équipe marketing et comptes clés dans le développement de campagnes marketing, de communications et de stratégies commerciales, ainsi que leur exécution.

• Contribuer à la création d’outils, de communications numériques et de présentations marketing.

• Analyser les données de marché et fournir des recommandations stratégiques pour orienter la prise de décision.

• Évaluer les activités et processus afin d’identifier des opportunités d’amélioration.

• Exploiter les données pour présenter efficacement les résultats des projets, en garantissant clarté et impact visuel.

Domaine d’études requis:

• Administration des affaires, Marketing, Gestion des technologies d’affaires et/ou Sciences

Qualifications:

• Capacité à établir et maintenir des relations de travail efficaces avec les membres de l’équipe et les équipes transversales.

• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, avec peu de supervision.

• Capacité à apprendre et appliquer rapidement de nouvelles informations.

• Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.).

• Excellentes compétences en communication (orale et écrite).

• Une expérience professionnelle antérieure et/ou une implication dans une association étudiante est considérée comme un atout.

Compétences requises:

• Excellentes compétences en communication (verbale et écrite) et compétences en présentation.

• La maîtrise du français est requise.

• Étudiant à temps plein dans une université canadienne reconnue au moment de la candidature.

• Disponible du début mai à la fin août 2026.

• Disponible pour travailler dans un environnement de travail hybride au siège sociale à Kirkland, Québec.

In this role, your activities & projects will consist of:

• Supporting the marketing and key accounts team in the development of marketing campaigns, communications, and trade strategy development and execution.

• Contributing to the creation of tools, digital communications, and marketing presentations.

• Analyzing market data and providing strategic recommendations to guide decision-making.

• Evaluating activities and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Leveraging data to present project results effectively, ensuring clarity and visual impact.

Required field of study:

• Business, Marketing, Business Technology Management and / or Sciences

Qualifications:

• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work independently, with little supervision.

• Ability to learn and apply new information quickly.

• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.).

• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).

• Past work experience and/or student association involvement is considered an asset.
  

Additional Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills

• Fluency in French is required.

• Must be a full-time student in a recognized Canadian university at the time of application

• Must be available for the entire summer internship mandate (May to August 2026)

• Available to work in a hybrid work environment at our Canadian HQ in Kirkland, Quebec
