Manager - S/4 Functional Team - Integrated Delivery - StS – SAP HR Minimaster

Role Overview:

We are hiring a HR Mini Master / Vendor Master Specialist to join our Source to Settle (StS) team in an internal, permanent position. You will be supporting different projects, customer enhancements, new company code/plant deployments and multi market support. This is a hands on role combining SAP configuration, solution design, production support, testing, documentation and end user enablement. You will work closely with the Global Supplier Management / Workplace Services (GSM/WS) Value Team, Finance, Tax, Compliance, Master Data and IT teams, and with external vendors as needed.

What will you do in this role:

• Designing and shaping the global HR/Vendor master data solution in line with GSM/WS objectives and StS strategy.
• Configuring and maintaining SAP HR/VMD functionality in ECC, MDG or S/4HANA and supporting different integrations or interfaces.
• Delivering enhancements, plant rollouts and master data related projects end to end: produce functional specs, coordinate builds, testing, cutover and post go live support with internal teams and vendors.
• Providing 2nd/3rd line production support: investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, apply fixes and restore service with minimal business impact.
• Ensuring master data processes and solutions meet regulatory, tax, sustainability and quality requirements for the business and regulated environments.
• Define/execute functional and integration tests, support UAT, and create user guides and knowledge transfer documents.
• Engaging stakeholders and managing vendor relationships: gather requirements, align expectations and oversee vendor deliverables and timelines.
• Supporting change and release management using JIRA and ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar ITSM tools; contribute to continuous improvement and master data governance.

What Should you have:

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years strong technical experience in SAP HR/Vendor master data solution; SAP ECC or S/4HANA configuration experience required.
• Integration experience with external master data systems.
• Proven experience producing functional specs, configuration guides, and delivering enhancements or projects.
• Strong testing and production support skills (integration/regression testing, UAT, root cause analysis).
• Familiar with JIRA and ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Excellent English verbal and written communication; able to manage multiple priorities and interact with senior stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and Application Maintenance/support teams.

Preferred

• xRay (or equivalent) testing experience and familiarity with HP/ALM.
• Healthcare or pharmaceutical (life sciences) industry experience.
• Experience with Agile methodology and tools.
