We are seeking a:
Brand and Customer Manager
This person will lead the Greek market strategy for a pediatrics vaccine portfolio, including a major launch.
The role will translate clinical value into differentiated positioning, orchestrate cross‑functional execution, and drive compliant, data‑driven growth in a competitive environment.
Key Objectives
Ensure a successful 2027 launch of a pediatrics vaccine in Greece amid strong competitive activity
Strengthen positioning of the broader pediatrics portfolio and reverse recent share erosion in an established vaccine category
Build sustainable advantage through lifecycle planning, omnichannel engagement, and evidence‑based decision making
Responsibilities
Own Greece‑specific brand strategy: positioning, segmentation, messaging, value propositions, and differentiation
Design and execute competitive go‑to‑market plans across neonatology, pediatrics, hospital clinics, and pharmacies
Lead omnichannel HCP engagement and, where compliant, caregiver awareness and activation
Conduct market research and analytics; define KPIs and performance dashboards; drive insights to action
Develop sales enablement tools (detail aids, dosing and coverage guides, objection handling, training)
Partner with market access on reimbursement pathways and formulary inclusion; support evidence and dossier needs
Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders, professional societies, and hospital stakeholders; plan scientific programs
Manage agencies and vendors; oversee timelines, budgets, and supply readiness in partnership with operations
Plan lifecycle updates to maintain competitive advantage; monitor and respond to competitor strategies and messaging
Lead differentiation strategy for the established vaccine to stabilize and grow share
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies across promotional and non‑promotional activities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
5+ years in pharmaceutical or vaccines marketing, brand management, or customer engagement; launch experience strongly preferred
Proven success in developing brand strategy and executing go‑to‑market plans in healthcare
Experience with HCP omnichannel engagement and content development; familiarity with promotional compliance
Strong analytical skills with expertise in market research, KPI setting, and performance management
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross‑functionally (medical, market access, sales, regulatory, supply)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Fluency in Greek and English
Preferred Experience
Pediatrics, maternal/infant health, or infectious disease market experience
Greece market access and reimbursement expertise
Experience working with KOLs, professional societies, and hospital decision makers
Background in competitive strategy and share recovery initiatives
Success Metrics
Achievement of launch readiness milestones and post‑launch adoption targets
Growth in brand awareness, preference, and intent among target HCP segments
Stabilization and growth of the established vaccine’s market share
Execution quality across omnichannel campaigns, sales enablement, and stakeholder programs
Compliance adherence and effective risk management
