Job Description

工作內容

  • 使用 Microsoft Power Platform、其他程式工具、或AI應用,協助部門建置與維護自動化流程

  • 協助資料處理與流程優化,包含資料擷取、清理與報表產出

  • 撰寫簡易技術文件與操作說明,協助跨部門溝通需求與更新

  • 其他由直屬主管指派的臨床試驗部門相關工作,例如行政工作支援、文書處理、會務安排

必要條件

  • 目前就讀大學或研究所的學生

  • 英文讀寫可閱讀技術文件並撰寫基本英文說明

  • 具 Microsoft Power Platform 使用經驗,包含Power Automate

  • 具基本程式邏輯(不限語言),願意學習與主動解決問題

  • 具自我學習能力、細心與良好溝通協作能力

加分條件

  • 具Power Apps 實作或 Power BI 發佈與權限管理經驗

  • 具程式設計能力(如 Python)

  • 具Excel自動化經驗(如Power Query、巨集、VBA

  • 對 AI 應用有基礎認識與實作能力

工作時間與安排

  • 每週可工作 2–2.5 天,以週二週三為主;每週合計 16 ~ 20小時

  • 時段可依課表與團隊需求協調(請於履歷註記可出勤時段)

  • 合約期間6–12個月

Job Description

  • Use Microsoft Power Platform, other programming tools, or AI applications to help the department build and maintain automated workflows

  • Assist with data processing and process optimization, including data extraction, cleaning, and report generation

  • Write simple technical documents and user guides to facilitate cross-department communication of requirements and updates

  • Other clinical trial department tasks assigned by the line manager, such as administrative support, document processing, and meeting logistics

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student

  • English reading and writing skills sufficient to read technical documentation and produce basic English write-ups

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate

  • Basic programming logic (any language), with a willingness to learn and proactively solve problems

  • Self-directed learning ability, attention to detail, and strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing Power Apps or managing Power BI publishing and permissions

  • Programming skills (e.g., Python)

  • Excel automation experience (e.g., Power Query, macros, VBA)

  • Basic understanding of and hands-on experience with AI applications

Work Schedule and Arrangement

  • Available 2–2.5 days per week, primarily Tuesdays and Wednesdays; total 16–20 hours per week

  • Working hours can be coordinated based on class schedule and team needs (please note your available time slots in your resume)

  • Onsite work at the office

  • Contract duration: 6–12 months
