Do naší Animal Health divize hledáme kolegu na pozici Sales Representative (obchodní zástupce) pro oblast východních Čech. Práce zahrnuje zahrnuje aktivní vyhledávání nových zákazníků (leadů), budování a udržování vztahů s existujícími klienty, prezentování produktů/služeb, tvorbu nabídek a uzavírání smluv, přičemž důraz je kladen na komunikační, vyjednávací a prezentační dovednosti, organizační schopnosti a znalost trhu.
Jedná se o pozici na dobu určitou (do konce ledna 2027) vhodnou i pro čerstvé absolventy.
Co vás čeká:
Vyhledávání příležitostí: Aktivní hledání nových potenciálních zákazníků (veterináři, farmáři) a identifikace obchodních příležitostí
Komunikace s klienty: Telefonická i osobní komunikace, poskytování poradenství, zodpovídání dotazů a řešení stížností
Prezentace a nabídky: Sestavování a prezentace cenových nabídek a řešení na míru, předvádění produktů nebo služeb
Uzavírání obchodů: Jednání a podpis smluv, zajištění objednávek
Péče o zákazníky: Udržování dlouhodobých vztahů a péče o stávající klienty, pochopení jejich potřeb
Administrativa: Vedení obchodní dokumentace, příprava podkladů, sledování objednávek
Analýza trhu: Sledování trendů, provádění průzkumů a poskytování zpětné vazby
Co očekáváme od Vás:
Vysokoškolské vzdělání v oblasti veteriny či zemědělství
Plynulá čeština, komunikativní angličtina
Schopnost řídit automobil a cestovat za klienty po regionu či se účastnit i delších služebních cest (někdy i do zahraničí)
Silné komunikační, prezentační a vyjednávací schoposti
Schopnost budovat a udržovat vztahy
Organizační schopnosti a proaktivita
Znalost produktu/služby a trhu, analytické myšlení

To our Animal Health division we are looking for a colleague for the position of Sales Representative for the East Bohemia region. The role involves active prospecting for new customers (leads), building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, presenting products/services, preparing proposals and closing contracts, with emphasis on communication, negotiation and presentation skills, organizational abilities, and market knowledge.
This is a fixed-term position (until the end of January 2027) suitable for fresh graduates.
What awaits you:
Opportunity search: Active prospecting for new potential customers (veterinarians, farmers) and identifying business opportunities
Client communication: Telephone and in-person communication, providing consulting, answering questions and handling complaints
Presentations and proposals: Preparing and presenting tailored price quotes and solutions, demonstrating products or services
Closing deals: Negotiating and signing contracts, securing orders
Customer care: Maintaining long-term relationships and caring for existing clients, understanding their needs
Administration: Managing sales documentation, preparing materials, tracking orders
Market analysis: Monitoring trends, conducting surveys, and providing feedback
Must haves:
University degree in veterinary science or agriculture
Fluent Czech, communicative English
Ability to drive a car and travel to clients across the region, as well as take part in longer business trips (sometimes abroad)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Organizational skills and proactivity
Knowledge of the product/service and the market, analytical thinking
