Sr. Product Launch Marketing Specialist

This role is designed for a marketing professional who thrives on structured work and cross-functional collaboration. You will support product launches while driving key marketing projects that enable the broader team’s success.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the execution of product launches from a marketing and project management perspective
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional marketing projects and initiatives
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Track progress, identify risks, and ensure on-time delivery of key milestones
- Support the development of launch materials and internal readiness activities
- Serve as a key liaison between marketing, agencies, and internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, project management, or healthcare roles
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in complex, cross-functional environments
- Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting pharmaceutical or vaccine launches
- Formal training or certification in project management
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
