Job Description
We are seeking a high-performing Senior PAH Disease Specialist with strong scientific expertise complemented by a solid commercial mindset, a role that will drive disease adoption, launch excellence, and sustainable growth across the Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) ecosystem.
The position is based in Bucharest and requires nationwide field activity with up to 50% travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial & Field Execution
- Drive field execution aligned with brand strategy and launch priorities.
- Maximize impact within PAH Centers of Excellence and referral networks.
- Translate national brand strategy into strong customer-level execution.
- Customer Engagement & Account Ownership
- Own key PAH accounts and develop tailored engagement plans.
- Build long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen referral pathways and patient flow.
- Launch Excellence & Market Development
- Play a leading role in launch and post-launch execution of innovative PAH therapies.
- Support market development through high-quality disease and product discussions.
- Contribute directly to uptake, adoption, and long-term growth.
- Insights & Business Impact
- Generate actionable customer insights.
- Analyze territory dynamics, performance drivers, and growth opportunities.
- Support segmentation, targeting, and prioritization.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to internal regulations, company standards, and Romanian pharmaceutical laws in all promotional activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support national meetings, events, and congress activities.
- Act as a senior field contributor and role model.
Education & Experience:
- Mandatory university degree in Medicine or Pharmacy (MD or Pharmacist).
- Minimum 5–7 years pharmaceutical or specialty care experience.
- Proven commercial field performance.
- Experience in rare diseases, PAH, cardiology, pulmonology, or biologics is a strong advantage.
- Product launch experience preferred.
