The Fair Market Value Sr. Specialist will enable the U.S. business by providing operational support to business activity owners conducting Fair Market Value (FMV) assessments as they engage with US customers. Federal Regulations, and company policies, mandate that FMV assessments are done when paying fee-for-service contracts to customers. The FMV Sr. Specialist will be an integral part of our company's efforts to ensure compliance with federal anti-kickback regulations.
The FMV Sr. Specialist will lead, organize and perform analyses of FMV’s and serve as the day-to-day contact on all aspects of the FMV process, which includes oversight, maintenance, access and proper cataloging of the FMV SharePoint site. The position is accountable for partnering with and reviewing all data obtained for analysis from our preferred external consulting partner along with working directly with Finance, Legal and Compliance to ensure contract proposals are within appropriate ranges.
Strong project management skills are required, along with executive presence and the ability to communicate complex information to senior management in a concise, factual manner. Leading without authority, independent resourcefulness and working in ambiguity are critical to this role. Since this position manages across multiple divisions within the U.S. Market, a broad understanding of managing/navigating within our company and the intricacies of working in a matrix team environment across multiple senior level stakeholders is required.
Core responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Oversee the portfolio of FMV projects, the library of benchmark data and the need to engage our preferred FMV Consulting Firm on projects not currently within the library
Partner with IT to implement ongoing updates to AXIA, our company’s internal FMV platform
Set schedules, agendas, milestones and prioritize projects across the FMV portfolio in collaboration with the business activity owner
Identify opportunities for continual process improvement
Report key metrics to company stakeholders, keep stakeholders apprised of progress through regular project updates, solicit voice of customer feedback and ensure vendor meets the KPIs laid out in our contract
Create and conduct training for appropriate business activity owners
Assist the business in creating new FMV analyses, by consulting business activity owners on appropriate benchmark data
Raise questions and report any compliance issues or concerns
Represent the interests of our company on every FMV request and consult with the Process Owner, the FMV Governance team and other senior management regarding FMV proposals/assessments

3+ years of experience in Fair Market Value or Operations, Sales, Marketing, Marketing Support, Compliance, Legal, Finance or Procurement
Project management experience for high priority, complex projects
Vendor management and enforcing deadlines
Experience working and leading without authority
Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, analytical, proactive mind-set & leadership skills
Demonstrated communication and collaboration skills between potentially conflicting stakeholders
Strong understanding of laws and company policies
Ability to function and lead others effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with frequently changing priorities
Highly Proficient in MS Office (SharePoint, Excel, etc.)
Familiarity with databases – meta-tagging, searching and retrieval
Excellent time management and organizational skills as well as attention to detail

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

The salary range for this role is
$106,200.00 - $167,200.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
