WHAT YOU WILL DO
Support the Marketing Manager in driving a cross-functional team to help achieve our brand goals.
Develop strategic marketing plans based on market insights and analysis.
Help manage budgets and resources to prioritize promotional activities effectively.
Take the lead on marketing programs and activities for specific departments or products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and monitor progress.
Create engaging promotional materials to showcase our products across all marketing channels.
Participate in regular discussions with the sales team to gather feedback from healthcare professionals regarding marketing effectiveness.
Foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders in the industry.
Conduct product training sessions with clear marketing objectives and strategies.
Track competitors’ activities and stay informed about competitors' promotional efforts. Regularly update the sales team with insights and counter-strategies.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
To be successful in this role, you will have:
University graduate from Pharmacy, Life Science, Healthcare, Science or related disciplines, with at least 2 years marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry
Sensitive to market trend / practice of pharmaceutical industry
Good in time management and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, result focused and a will to succeed
Good team player, strong customer focus with good interpersonal skills
Fast-learner, organized, detail-oriented and creative
Proficient in English, Chinese (Cantonese) and MS Office
