Business Agility Specialist

Responsibilities
Drive consistency in ways of working across GRC verticals by documenting and promoting standard processes, templates, and workflows.
Act as a utility player across GRC teams—partnering with product owners, program managers, and analysts—to help mature team practices and remove blockers.
Build, maintain and distribute operational and strategic reports and dashboards to provide leadership with timely insights into program status, risks, and key KPIs.
Help operationalize new tooling and platform capabilities (e.g., JIRA, MS Power BI, other tracking or collaboration tools) to improve transparency and efficiency.
Facilitate cross-functional coordination for key initiatives, track action items, and ensure follow-through.
Support periodic planning, retrospectives, and process improvement activities to raise team performance and deliverable quality.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
1–3 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or a related role supporting cross-functional teams.
Strong Excel skills and demonstrated comfort working with data (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).
Experience with project tracking tools such as JIRA (administration or power-user experience a plus).
Experience creating or maintaining BI reports/dashboards (Microsoft Power BI preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate operational detail into concise executive-level updates.
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a distributed, matrixed organization.
Preferred
Exposure to GRC, risk, or compliance functions.
Experience facilitating agile ceremonies or familiarity with agile frameworks.
Basic SQL knowledge or experience extracting/manipulating data from APIs.
Prior experience in a global or highly regulated environment.
Microsoft Office stack, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Teams or similar.
JIRA or similar.
MS Power BI, Confluence, basic SQL is preferred.
