Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Atlassian Tooling Coach to will join our team and help us lead and shape our Atlassian Cloud migration and long term platform evolution.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on coaching, standardization, and Cloud-native ways of working, not just tool administration. You’ll work across teams and business lines to ensure Atlassian Cloud becomes a true enabler of visibility, work flow, and value delivery.
What you’ll do:
Lead and coach teams through the Data Center to Atlassian Cloud migration and ongoing platform evolution
Partner with Agile Practitioners and stakeholders across different business lines to review, define, and evolve ways of working and configuration standards
Coach individuals, product teams, and business users on Jira, Confluence, and related Atlassian Cloud tools
Deliver hands-on training, workshops, and coaching sessions
Define and promote organization-wide standards, best practices, and reusable configurations
Create and maintain clear how-to guides, usage guidelines, and training materials
Drive post-migration optimization through simplification, alignment, and continuous improvement
Facilitate workshops to balance team needs with enterprise standards
Provide advanced support in complex cases together with support teams
Influence and guide teams and stakeholders without formal authority, helping them adopt product-oriented ways of working
What we’re looking for:
Senior, hands-on experience coaching teams in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar)
Strong experience as a Jira and Confluence Power user or Administrator (Atlassian Cloud experience preferred)
Proven ability to design and evolve Atlassian Cloud setups at scale
Experience with complex delivery setups (multiple teams, products, regions)
Experience with apps such as Xray, ScriptRunner, and other mainstream Atlassian Marketplace apps
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders in structured environments
Coaching mindset, patience, and a strong continuous improvement drive
Willingness to learn new things
