Job description:
Supporting BUs in managing the meetings & congresses organized by our company or by 3rd Parties.
Establishing robust knowledge of internal processes, act as internal Center of Excellence
Acting as Compliance Champion - preparation of Compliance-related requests in internal systems, driving compliance check for vendors, assisting field force and other business activity owners with the required steps
Ensure all internal process is made accurately and on time, with all the necessary compliance requirements
Issuing purchase orders and payments requests. Managing invoice accounting, processing purchase orders and work directly with suppliers ensuring good communication between both parties
Issuing contracts and driving internal compliance process
Verification of received documents (invoices, quotations, offers etc.), checking payment runs and overdue payments, assisting Compliance in verifying all relevant information, ensuring that all transfers of value made to HCPs and HCOs are reported to local health care authorities accurately and on time
Required qualifications:
Fluent Polish and English language
Positive ‘can do’ attitude. Strong ownership and business acumen
Team player, strong communication skills
Min 2 years of experience in similar role, preferably in the Health Care industry
Demonstrated motivation and focus on achieving measurable, tangible result.
Customer focus, excellent customer relationship
Advanced PC literacy - proficient use of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and IT assets in general
Willingness to keep learning
