服从公司政策管理, 遵守公司着装规范以及行为守则。管理生产团队依据生产计划保质保量完成生产任务。
Key Responsibilities主要职责
Production/生产
Arrange production according to plan, organize resources and display production tasks.
Be responsible for daily production management and solving all kinds of problems in the process.
Be responsible for skill training, skill development and performance assessment.
Be responsible for summarizing production data and report
Maintain workshop 5S with team.
Safety/安全
Manage team to abide by workshop safety requirement .
Learn the classification of safety accidents, report process and treatment process.
Participate in safety Kaizen and shift safety activity.
Encourage team numbers to report potential safety issues and create safety environment.
Quality/质量
Manage team to abide by product quality policy.
Learn product rework, abnormal treatment process and so on.
Investigate quality incidents related to quality.
Equipment/设备
-
Know TPM knowledge and do AM according to AM plan.
Complete other tasks arranged by direct supervisors
Having Molding experience is better.
Reading and oral English needed.
Requirements岗位需求
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Basic English reading and writing skills.
- Proven experience in team management or supervisory roles.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts.
