Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our newly established Technology Center in Hyderabad, where you will play a key role in enabling the company’s digital transformation journey and driving impactful business outcomes. This role is focused on supporting our Animal Health business, which delivers innovative bio-pharma and technology products through both B2B and B2C channels.
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between commercial stakeholders and technical teams, helping to shape and deliver ecommerce capabilities on SAP Commerce Cloud that enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

What will you do in this role:
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with commercial, regulatory, and IT stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for ecommerce features and enhancements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for SAP Commerce Cloud implementations.
• Work closely with developers to ensure solutions align with platform capabilities and bio-pharma compliance standards.
• Conduct gap analyses between business processes and system functionality
• Support testing activities including test case creation, UAT coordination, and validation of business-critical workflows.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Monitor platform performance and user behavior to identify optimization opportunities.
• Maintain documentation and ensure traceability of requirements across the delivery lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in ecommerce or digital transformation projects, preferably in the bio-pharma or healthcare sector.
• Strong familiarity with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and its integration with SAP S/4HANA and other systems.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Understanding of GxP, data privacy, and compliance requirements in regulated industries.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Life Sciences, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent working experience.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across commercial, technical, and compliance teams.
• Familiarity with integration concepts (e.g., APIs, middleware, SAP CPI).
• Passion for improving digital customer experiences in life sciences.
