Job Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end launch of a key product, including strategy, execution, and performance tracking
- Own and manage the classic portfolio, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and lifecycle optimization
- Integrate and adapt the global marketing plan with local insights to develop brand strategies, positioning, and value propositions aligned with medical and commercial priorities
- Analyze relevant competitor information and monitor the market to recommend actions
- Translate insights from the field, market research, and data into actionable marketing plans
- Lead the cross-functional brand team: Medical, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory, and Supply teams
- Lead promotional strategy and ensure the effective implementation of established campaigns, including fieldwork
- Mentor and guide junior marketing team members
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing in high specialty or vaccines
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Experience working with regional and global teams
- Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience leading product launches in highly regulated environments
- People management or coaching experience
- Expertise in public market access
