We are looking for a graduate to join our Global Supply Chain Planning Hub in Lucerne for a 1-year program:

Your Role
The program will start on 1-Sep-2026 and offer you the chance to gather insights in our Global Supply Chain Management Team. After your onboarding with different functions of the business, you receive constant guidance by a mentor throughout the program. The focus areas of your work are expected to be the following:
E2E Supply Chain Planning: You are receiving great insights in managing one of our brands as E2E Supply Planner. You will experience close relationships with different stakeholders. E.g. Manufacturing sites, Global Brand Leads.
CMO Planning: Get an oversight and support supply planning activities with external manufacturing partners (contract manufacturing).
Product Portfolio Management: Expect to receive know-how on different life-cycle stages of our product portfolio. This could include New Product Introduction, Product Change Management, Supply Business Development and Portfolio Optimization and Deletion.
Analytics & Projects: You create ad-hoc Supply Chain analysis and reports for all departments and develop proposals for continuous improvement.
Your Profile
You show strong analytical and digital thinking, high number-affinity and precise execution
You have proficient use of MS Office and preferably experience with SAP
You are a graduate or studying in advanced semesters of Business Admin, International Mgt or similar.
Preferably you have a first experience in Supply Chain or Logistics through internships.
You’re fluent in English.
