Job Description

- Quickly identify and resolve technical issues
- Help the site deliver for our patients

What you will do
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment in a GxP environment, supporting both manufacturing and engineering teams
- Execute the site’s maintenance program (preventive, reactive and predictive) using the site CMMS
- Coordinate work within and beyond the Engineering team, driving continuous improvements
- Anticipate and solve complex problems for both the Engineering team and end users
- Perform under pressure and proactively communicate with stakeholders during shift
- Create clear problem statements and define next steps to resolve equipment, safety and quality issues
- Work closely with Planning & Scheduling to ensure work is completed safely, compliantly and right-first-time
- Complete permit-to-work walkdowns and supervision for project and sustaining activities
- Support site Emergency Response Team activities
- Learn process equipment and provide rapid fault-finding to minimize downtime
What you will bring
- Demonstrated continuous development – both skills-based and academic

- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization
- Proven problem-solving ability, logical thinking and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- 3+ years’ experience in the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, maintenance and reliability best practices
- Experience with enterprise asset management and automation systems (e.g. Maximo, SAP, DeltaV, BAS, Pi)
- Ability to work effectively as part of a shift team and to self-manage to deliver results
- A strong compliance mindset, ensuring adherence to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People metrics
- Flexibility, self-motivation and a passion for coaching others to achieve their best
