Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-organizing, self-driving, and mission-aligned Technical Analyst to join our India Tech Center. In this role, you will lead the Quality Engineering team to build a high thru put testing team. You in bring in best practices and drive testing deliverable that aligns with organizational best practices.

What will you do in this role

Collaborate with cross functional team to deliver final planned solution

To understand the demand, expectation (scope and deliverable) and timelines

To understand the changes (in testing tools, procedures and best practices), present any QE blockers and mitigation required

To mentor test engineers to adopt the best practices, tool and procedure. To build and review required Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) artifacts for regulatory application (GLP or GCP)

To transfer application testing knowledge, artifacts and best practices to cross functional team

Technical point of contact for/Manage Test Engineers

Act as a primary owner of all Testing artifacts for the company

Drive use of our company approved test tool, procedures and best QE practices by the Test Engineer

Manage Tester demand for company

Run automation feasibility on new vendor products

Screen and select any Test Engineer need

Onboard new testing team members

Review and approve the design and code/artifacts from Test Engineer

Schedule regular sessions to keep Test Engineer up-to-speed with changes with QE COE.

Support Test Engineer to resolve any BLOCKER

Support with building Test scripts to handle any intermittent peaks.

Test Automation and Quality Engineering

Define development test strategy across unit, integration, API, UI, and end-to-end layers

Build and execute automation scripts using ROBOT framework and/or TOSCA

Build and execute performance test scripts using Load Runner

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD with reporting and quality gates

Cloud Engineering and DevOps (CI/CD)

Design, build and document CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions (or similar) for build, test, security scans, and deployment on AWS environment

Implement guardrails: branch protection, code review workflows, quality gates, and rollback strategies

Collaborate with platform teams on standardized deployment patterns, secrets management, and approvals

What should you have

Bachelor’s in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; Master’s is a plus

Experience: 7+ years in a Technical Analyst or Systems Analyst or Automation Test Engineer role within technology-driven environments

Primary Skills:

Tools: Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart, Postman/Swagger

Manage a team of Testers

Mission-driven mindset: motivated by impact, able to connect project work to company mission and customer outcomes

Self-organizing and self-driving: able to plan work, manage priorities, remove blockers, and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Understanding of modern architectures (microservices, APIs, cloud, event-driven)

Hands-on SQL; familiarity with Python or scripting is an advantage

Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and SDLC best practices

Tools: Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart, Postman/Swagger

Manage a team of Testers

Test Automation Skills:

Robot Framework for API/UI/E2E automation (keywords, libraries, reporting)

Tosca for model-based testing (test design, execution, dashboards)

Performance testing using Load Runner

CI/CD integration of automated tests; management of test data and environments

Cloud Engineering and DevOps Skills:

Experience with AWS services relevant to delivery and operations (IAM, VPC, EC2/EKS, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager)

Terraform for IaC (modules, workspaces, remote state, policy enforcement)

Git and Git workflows (branching strategies, PR reviews, release tagging)

GitHub Actions (or similar CI/CD) to orchestrate pipelines and environment-based deployments

Developer Skills

Experience in Python programming

Experience in Java scripting

Building API endpoints.

Regulated Environment Experience (GLP/GCP):

Delivery and validation of applications under GLP and/or GCP

Knowledge of CSV, ALCOA/ALCOA+, documentation controls, and audit processes

Experience with data integrity, e-signatures, access controls, and role-based permissions

Certification (Required):

ROBOT Framework and TOSCA

Load Runner

AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (or higher), or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional

REST API and authentications

Domain Knowledge: Healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or enterprise SaaS preferred

Secondary Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication

Stakeholder management and facilitation

Ability to work with global teams across time zones

High ownership, proactive risk/issue management, and strong follow-through

Motivation and resilience: bias for action, continuous improvement, and learning mindset
