We use state-of-the-art techniques for financial analysis, planning, accounting, reporting and performance evaluation. Position Description:

Reporting to the Executive Director, GSEC and Global Quality, the Finance Director is responsible for providing financial guidance, planning, reporting and analysis in support of Global Quality. The Director develops Global Quality’s financial consolidated reporting and performs ad-hoc analysis and support. The incumbent will provide a broad range of financial leadership and business services to the area and will contribute to the attainment of sound business results. The role will provide business partner support for the Global Quality Leadership Team and will offer the incumbent significant visibility to Finance and our Manufacturing Divsion's leadership.

Primary Activities

  • Lead the forecast development process on behalf of Global Quality, including quarterly forecasts, annual budget and Long Range Operating Plan, while ensuring proper linkage with the division’s strategic direction.

  • Evaluate and recommend resource allocation alternatives to enable achievement of financial objectives, leveraging financial analytics and business acumen.

  • Partner with Global Quality LT to identify and pull through operating expense efficiency opportunities.

  • Present consolidated forecast submissions to Global Quality and Finance leadership.

  • Complete the monthly actuals reporting process requirements, analyze variances to forecast and provide insightful commentary and metrics on Global Quality performance.

  • Identify opportunities to leverage digital tools to more efficiently report forecasts and results.

  • Identify and deploy mitigation plans for significant business risks & opportunities.

  • Sponsor process improvements across our Manufacturing Division's Finance and work across the enterprise to develop and implement end-to-end solutions.

  • Manage one direct report and partner closely with the full Global Quality Finance team to ensure all planning and reporting requirements are fulfilled within prescribed timelines.

  • Build talent within the team, providing guidance and feedback to support team members’ development goals.

Qualifications:

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 10 years relevant finance experience

  • Problem Solving – Incumbent must be able to analyze complex business situations, focus on critical variables and assumptions and translate those into meaningful financial analyses and presentations that can improve business outcomes.

  • Expertise – Must have good understanding of financial modeling, product costing, basic accounting principles and a desire to learn more about our manufacturing environments.

  • Leadership – Must be able to collaborate with and influence finance and non-finance senior leaders in the organization.

  • Decision Making – Able to manage ambiguity, outcomes oriented and able to drive results across the Global Quality Finance team.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • MBA or CPA preferred

  • Systems skills: BPC/LPT, ThinkCell, Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

The salary range for this role is

$156,900.00 - $247,000.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
