Job Description:
Oversee IFM Utilities and HVAC team to ensure utilities and HVAC systems are working well.
Support cost improvement project for Utilities and HVAC systems.
Monitoring and analysis of utilities parameters to ensure early failure detection.
Monitoring and analysis of warehouse and Microlab environment conditions to ensure no temperature or RH excursion.
Prepare equipment and warehouse environmental annual review reports.
Support QRA review for HVAC, Water and Compressed Gas system.
Support Project impact assessment for utilities and HVAC systems.
Education requirement:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
Requirement Experience and Skills
2 to 3 years operation experience for utilities and HVAC system like air compressor, steam Boiler, water chiller, cooling tower and AHU system.
Minor project management and coordination.
