培训经理(新产品上市方向)
负责公司新产品上市前期的销售能力诊断、培训方案设计与落地执行,确保销售团队及相关合作伙伴在产品知识、销售话术、销售流程与合规要求等方面达到快速可量化的上岗能力,从而支持新产品的市场渗透与销售目标达成。
主要职责

作为卓越上市团队核心成员之一,
与市场、医学事务、合规、供应链等相关职能沟通,收集新产品定位、目标客户、关键价值主张、上市时间表与商业目标。通过访谈、问卷、现场观察、销售数据与能力模型分析,识别销售团队在知识、技能、态度与行为上的差距(包括一线代表、区域经理)。建立并维护针对新产品的能力矩阵与培训需求清单。

培训方案设计:
基于诊断结果,设计端到端的新产品上市培训方案,设计评估机制(前测/后测、技能考核、行为观察、KPI追踪及长期效果评估),并明确通过标准。

培训内容制作与工具支持:
与数字化/学习管理平台(LMS)团队合作,推动在线课程发布、学习路径设定与学习数据追踪。配合市场/医学部门输出科学且可销售化的产品解读材料,确保内容准确且合规。

培训实施与推广:
组织并主持集中式培训(入职/上市启动会)、区域培训、现场辅导与复盘工作坊。

横向沟通:与利益相关方管理
作为新产品培训的核心联络点,与市场、医学事务、合规、法务、供应及人力资源等职能保持密切沟通,协调资源与时间表。向业务领导层定期汇报培训进展、风险与改进建议,争取高层支持与资源。
任职资格(学历与经验)
本科及以上学历,医学、药学、市场营销、教育学或相关专业优先。
5年以上医药/医疗器械/生命科学行业销售培训或类似岗位经验,具有新产品上市培训全流程经验者优先。
有跨职能项目管理经验,能协调复杂项目并驱动落地。
熟悉行业合规与医疗信息传播规范者优先。
