Position Description:

This role is an Associate Director, US Oncology Portfolio Consumer Campaign Development Lead (CDL). The Associate Director will lead the identification, design, execution, oversight, and optimization of the US Oncology Consumer marketing campaigns and programs that support the strategic imperatives across the portfolio of indications.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Leading the development of digital assets, such as online video, emails, display units and banner ads, alerts, web content, video, media/paid search content optimization, social media, point-of-care assets, and disease awareness assets.

  • Leading the development, measurement, and optimization of digital campaigns to support marketing strategy.

  • Ensuring all digital tactics align to the customer experience plan and achieve desired customer experience.

  • Knowing the business: behavioral, and communications objectives and prioritizing the development of assets using digital knowledge, including customer experience best practices and targeting.

  • Knowing the customer: a deep understanding of customer segments, needs, channel preferences and profitability/life-time value.

  • Working in an agile mindset (addressing ambiguity, working comfortably outside of existing processes or structures, establishing networks across stakeholders to drive influence and alignment, testing and learning to drive a culture of innovation, focusing on the customer experience, committing to applying agile values and principles).

  • Contributing to the development of the brand building tools.

  • Working collaboratively with multiple internal teams including Marketing, Customer Engagement, Market Research, Analytics, and Operations, etc.

  • Managing the day-to-day interactions with the agency partner(s) and other outsourced vendors; leading the creation and monitoring of agency digital scopes of work (SOW) and participating in the bi-annual agency evaluation process.

  • Manage projects and programs through appropriate internal and external support services in development of content, design, Promotional Review Team approvals, and production. Oversee the appropriate administration of promotional budgets for projects and deliverables.

  • Managing applicable budgets

  • Evaluating the revalidation of digital assets.

  • Implementing Safety Label Updates (SLUs) on promotional assets and ensuring compliance with Subpart E regulations, when applicable.

  • Partnering with the US marketing team in the trimester business review (TBR) and annual Integrated Profit Plan (IPP) process.

  • Conducting all activities in full compliance with our company policies, values and standards.

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • A minimum of 3 years combined strategic marketing, brand management, sales or business support experience in any industry, is required

  • Strong written/verbal communication skills as demonstrated through experience in strategy & marketing business case communication, sales interface, direct customer engagement and/or sales presentations

  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles

  • Excellent planning and presentation skills

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Master’s degree/MBA degree

  • 4+ years of experience in US Consumer marketing, Direct-to-Consumer marketing communications, or US Consumer marketing support of pharmaceutical products.

  • Oncology knowledge/experience

  • Experience influencing without direct authority, navigating complex or matrix organizations and working successfully with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to define, gather, and analyze information, opportunities and threats in the external environment including from competitors, policies and other market forces

  • Demonstrated ability to create solutions that drive value for our customers, incorporating innovative approaches where relevant

  • Campaign and Message Development experience.

  • Demonstrates a flexible, growth mindset

  • Product launch or launch planning experience

  • Experience in a highly regulated environment

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data analytics and/or customer and market insights to make business decisions

  • Strong project management skills as demonstrated by prioritizing activities, using resources optimally, establishing appropriate deadlines and ensuring on-time delivery

  • Agency/vendor management skills.

  • Veeva/PromoMats experience.

Position Location: Upper Gwynedd, PA with hybrid work model (combination of in-office and work from home ability).

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

The salary range for this role is

$142,400.00 - $224,100.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
