Join our company as a Senior Specialist E2E Supply Planner at our Dundalk site. As a Senior Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the on-time, compliant delivery of products in a highly regulated environment. Your Key Responsibilities
You'll consolidate site-level demand signals and support the Sales & Operationsl cycles to keep everyone aligned.
Build short and mid-term production plans that meet demand while optimizing capacity and minimizing risk.
You will create and manage material requirements plans for raw materials and components, coordinating closely with Procurement and Suppliers to prevent disruptions.
Keep an eye on inventory metrics and implement effective improvements.
Lead daily and weekly planning reviews, support audits and inspections, and provide KPI reporting for site leadership.
Model contingency scenarios and recommend mitigation actions to handle capacity constraints or supply failures.
Act as the site planning SME for planning tools like SAP/MRP and mentor junior planners, helping them grow.
What You Bring to the Team
Required
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
You have 5+ years of supply chain/planning experience, including 2–3+ years in vaccines, biologics, or pharma manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred) and strong Excel skills.
Knowledge of GMP and quality/regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities, allowing you to make timely decisions under pressure.
A customer-focused mindset, collaborative nature, ethical integrity, and a results-driven approach. You love developing talent and seeing your team succeed.
Preferred
An advanced degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
Experience with Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement.
