Job Summary
Lead strategic key account management and go direct business growth for all Indonesia. Drive commercial performance, develop long-term partnership and ensure profitable. Have more experience and communicate with Top management of CP, JAPFRA, Malindo, other key accounts.
Key Responsibilities (with details weight):
Strategic and Commercial Leadership: is ability to define a clear business direction based on market insights and translate strategy into effective execution that drives sustainable revenue growth, profitability and market share
Specific expectation: To create 3 yrs strategic plan in key account, market entry strategy and Portfolio prioritization
Weight: 40 points
Customer and Market Management: is ability to understand customer needs and market dynamics, and translate these insights into effective actions that drive customer satisfaction
Specific expectations: market share growth in Go direct segmentation, strong relationship and create business review with key account by quarterly
Weight: 20 points
P&L ownership: is ability to take full accountability for revenue, costs and profitability. Ensuring sustainable business performance through effective financial planning, accuracy forecast
Specific expectation: Accuracy in sale forecast, spending plan.
Weight : 15 points
Operation excellent: implement structured performance management and KPIs to ensure consistent execution and results
Specific expectations: drive efficiency, ensure discipline, deliver consistent results
Weight : 15 points
Team leadership : ability to lead and develop people to deliver results and grow together as team ( Our company and distributor)
Specific expectation: Lead by example, empowering team, balance people and performance
Weight : 10 points
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in veterinary or animal husbandry, Marketing or related fields
At least +8yrs of livestock /Key account management
Strong negotiation, commercial strategy and customer relationship skills
Excellent command in English
Able to travel, proactive, analytical and result-driven, strategic thinking, partnership thinking
