As a Senior Specialist, AI Creative Content Design, you will inspire our business teams to unlock greater business value through AI while ensuring design excellence and brand integrity across all outputs.
Responsibilities
- Identify and describe design goals for key initiatives and apply change management approaches to understand complex business and user needs to deliver results.
- Collect user feedback and analyze user behavior using appropriate qualitative and quantitative methods, techniques, and tools to develop user stories/persona and derive actionable campaign insights.
- Plan, gather, and synthesize information and materials to translate ideas into fit-for-purpose visual designs that align with the respective campaign objectives.
- Conceptualize and design high-quality visual assets for AI initiatives and campaigns, optimizing these branded visual assets for various internal digital and offline platforms to engage IT and business stakeholders.
- Develop high-quality graphic illustrations to reinforce key messaging and inspire different audience segments to act, e.g., submit use cases, test new products, or sign up for training.
- Illustrate concepts by designing mockups (visuals and copy) for various internal communication formats, e.g., direct emails, SharePoint imagery, and digital banners, ensuring design principles adhere to our corporate brand guidelines.
- Design executive presentation slides to enhance the effectiveness of our communication in shaping leadership's AI investment decisions.
- Support basic video postproduction for our ongoing AI educational podcasts.
- Create compelling end-to-end experiences to enhance business users' level of engagement and satisfaction based on real user research—from ideation to concept development to detailed design to prototypes and user testing of landing pages.
- Produce design solutions using a variety of techniques and software to improve usability, accessibility, and desirability of landing pages.
- Support the development of our content playbook and toolkits by guiding teams to communicate effectively using these branded assets.
Qualifications
Required
- Strong understanding of branding and design principles such as layouts, typography, line composition, and color to craft visuals that strengthen brand identity and audience connection.
- Strong technical proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite (Express, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and Microsoft 365 solutions, especially SharePoint.
- Strong ability to express complex ideas clearly and succinctly via graphic visuals, and to iterate quickly and repeatedly with patience and clarity.
- Strong expertise in user research and design thinking methodologies, with the ability to develop compelling visual graphics that drive engagement and performance.
- Good understanding of Change Management approaches, particularly the ADKAR methodology and its application in technology adoption.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Portfolio required to be included with the application (link is ok).
Preferred
- Experience in video postproduction and creating educational content.
- Familiarity with AI and technology adoption in a corporate environment.
